For as long as Julie can recall she has been adamantly
writing songs with a passion.
Approximately five years ago Julie released her first demo CD in the hopes of
placing her songs with well known artists.
The CD was heard by highly respected record labels such as RCA and Polygram
receiving impressive feedback.
Her songs were entered in the Billboard song contest where she ranked in the top
100 songwriters scoring above her peers.
For the past 5 years Julie has been writing Christian music and has recorded a 5
song CD that will be completed shortly.
The CD features a deeply moving wedding song, "Under the Same Sky" which has
been performed at many weddings evoking emotions of all who hear.
The CD also features "He's Never Late", an upbeat encouraging
song emphasizing how God is always on time.
This past year Julie studied at Julliard and is continuing to learn more about
her musical giftings.
In 2003, she will attend GMA (Gospel Music Association) in
Nashville and submit her songs in various contests.
Currently, Julie is performing at Christian Coffee houses throughout the Metro
New York Area.
Her savvy style and down to earth attitude coupled with awesome lyrics and
powerful vocals have promoted such responses as "What a talent...Where have you
been Hiding" from local Christian Artists. Julie's goal for this year is to have
her music placed with well known artists.
